How to make a complaint?
Our goal is to create a way for brands, customers and charities to work together in a way where everyone wins. Sometimes, things don’t go to plan but rest assured, we’ll always do our best to put it right.
The simplest way to contact our complaints team is by emailing email@example.com. Tell us what’s gone wrong, and give us as much detail as you can, and how we can put it right. We welcome all feedback – good or bad!

- Let us know what your complaint is and what your ideal solution would be. We will review this immediately and get back to you within 48 hours.
- If you feel like the issue remains unresolved, you can make a complaint online with the Fundraising Regulator here.
